EICA is moving to Digital Certifications for cranes and digger derricks starting April 1st, 2020. We will allow employers and candidates to request a physical certification card for a charge of $20 per individual. By submitting your information below, EICA will send you an invoice for $20. Once the $20 invoice has been paid, EICA will create and ship to the address you have listed.
